Refund Policy

The short version

If a calendar month passes with no new set posted, that month is refunded automatically — you do not have to ask, and you do not have to notice.

Cancelling

Cancel any time with the link in your receipt. No email, no phone call, no retention offers. Cancelling stops future billing immediately; your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

Requesting a refund

Email cece@siliroid.ai from the address you subscribed with. Every request is answered within 24 hours.

What is refunded

• Any month where nothing was posted — automatically.
• Duplicate or accidental charges — in full, no questions.
• An unfulfilled request on the $40 tier — that month, in full.
• A first month you are simply unhappy with — in full, if asked within 14 days.

What is not refunded

• Months where sets were posted and downloaded, beyond the 14-day window above.
• Accounts terminated for redistributing files.

Chargebacks

Please email first — a refund is faster than a dispute and costs you nothing. Chargebacks filed without contact end access permanently.

Billing descriptor

Charges appear as SEENCOCO. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email and it is resolved same-day.
